I am a Certified Personal Enhancement Specialist with a BS in Sports Management and a Master's Degree in Sports Psychology. With a decade of experience I offer my clients comprehensive training programs specifically catered to each person's individual fitness needs.
It is my personal mission to create an environment for females to finally reach their health and fitness goals, the same way I have already done for many others. You just have to be ready to commit and take action on the things that I teach you to do in our training. It’s that easy.
My name is Amy Devore and I have been in the fitness industry for almost 35 years!! I love to help people make exercise and good nutrition their lifestyle. People need to find an exercise lifestyle they enjoy, I can instruct you through weight training, yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates.
I have over 8 years of experience in training prep, collegiate and professional athletes. I have competed at high levels in multiple sports including winning a National Championship in travel hockey at the age of 14 and earned MVP of the that tournament. I was also recruited for D-1 in 3 sports.
My passion is to teach people how to love the gym, fuel their body with the proper nutrition, and treating themselves and their bodies how they should be treated. I love making fitness fun, but being firm when I need to, holding you accountable to the goals we set at the onset of your training.
