Hi, my name is Keith Russell born and raised in Fort Meade, Fl. As a kid growing up I was always smaller than the other kids and lacked confidence, until 1 day during a middle school basketball game the varsity football coach saw me take a charge from a bigger kid during the game . After the game was over he came up to me and asked me my name and told me he wanted me to start lifting weights with the varsity football team. That is where my love for weight training began . By the time I was a senior in high school I was 170lbs , benching over 365lbs, squatting over 570lbs and cleaning over 315lbs. But most of all my confidence grew and I wasn’t shy anymore. I love training just as much now as I did back then when I was younger . Now I just love helping people achieve their goals they have set. So in all I’ve been training and lifting weights over 20 years . I get joy out of helping my clients reach their goal, no matter if it’s losing weight , gaining weight, strength training or just getting active . Training with me I’m not just your trainer I’m like family I will check up making sure you are good physically and mentally. So if you want to have some fun ,train hard, and get results I’m your trainer.

I formally weighed 300lbs at my heaviest, and knew I had to change something in my life. So I resorted to exercise and living a healthier life. Over the last five years I have acquired a passion for fitness and I want to share that passion with my clients. One of my own personal goals for my clients is to present fitness, exercise and nutrition as a long lasting enjoyable lifestyle to improve the quality of your life! I will strive to accommodate all of my clients to the best of my abilities at all times.
